At Dera Studio, our mission is to bring the enchanting world of Afghan, Indian, Pakistani and Iranian music to a global audience. We believe that music is a universal language that transcends boundaries and connects people from all walks of life. Our goal is to create a vibrant cultural space where the beauty and depth of these diverse musical traditions can be explored and appreciated.

Founded in 2022, Dera Studio is a project born from a strong passion for the musical traditions of Afghanistan and its neighboring regions. Our journey started with a vision to revive and safeguard the diverse array of melodies and rhythms that have been part of these cultures for centuries.

Dera Studio offers a wide range of musical experiences, from mesmerizing live concerts featuring renowned artists from Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, Iran, and other parts of the world to immersive workshops where you can learn to play traditional instruments from these regions, such as the Rubab, Harmonium, Tabla, and more. Our aim is to make this music accessible to all, fostering cultural exchange and understanding.
